OMG You watch Killing Eve too? I'm partway through the series. We must be mind twins! I was just telling ronnola that Callan/Killing Eve would make for a great crossover AU, especially to modernize Callan with some much-needed female characters. Carolyn would make a fantastic Hunter (Imagine her shutting down Cross's casual misogyny), and I'd love to see Callan/Meres go up against Villanelle/Konstantin.
Callan/Colditz also has potential for a post-WWII crossover, but I'll save my plot bunnies till you've finished the series :)
